Follow the steps below to set up an account and pay your bill online.
- Go to https://nebnet.net/login.
- Click on the Billing Log In link at the top right.
- Sign in using your seven digit phone number, no dashes, or account number and password from your statement listed as ID#.
- Change your password.
- Click Edit Profile, Type your new password in the boxes provided.
- Edit other information as you wish, email address required but can be any email address you want to use.
- Click Update Profile button.
- View Profile.
- Log in using your phone number and new password.
- To pay your bill,
- Input the amount you would like to pay in the payment box.
- Click the Proceed to Make a Payment button.
- The screen will display a Confirmation window. Review the amount, either update the amount or Click the Make a Payment button.

- Select payment method from gray drop down box. Click Continue button.
- Complete required fields with red asterisk on the form displayed. Click Continue Button.
- Input Card Number, Expiration Month, Expiration Year, Card Code. Click Continue.
- A message indicating “Your payment has been successfully processed. Your payment will be posted to your account within the next 2 business days.”
- Currently the balances are only updated at the billing cut.
