Set up an account to pay online!

Follow the steps below to set up an account and pay your bill online.


  1. Go to
  2. Click on the Billing Log In link at the top right.
  3. Sign in using your seven digit phone number, no dashes, or account number and password from your statement listed as ID#.
  4. Change your password.
    1. Click Edit Profile, Type your new password in the boxes provided.
    2. Edit other information as you wish, email address required but can be any email address you want to use.
    3. Click Update Profile button.
    4. View Profile.
    5. Log in using your phone number and new password.
  5. To pay your bill,
    1. Input the amount you would like to pay in the payment box.
    2. Click the Proceed to Make a Payment button.
  6. The screen will display a Confirmation window. Review the amount, either update the amount or Click the Make a Payment button.
  7. The screen with update to a payment screen.
    1. Select payment method from gray drop down box. Click Continue button.
    2. Complete required fields with red asterisk on the form displayed. Click Continue Button.
    3. Input Card Number, Expiration Month, Expiration Year, Card Code. Click Continue.
    4. A message indicating “Your payment has been successfully processed.  Your payment will be posted to your account within the next 2 business days.”
    5. Currently the balances are only updated at the billing cut.
